It's abd link farming spam with cut and paste not terribly relevant "articles" on the site linked to here, and then posted here as entries to bump relevance by having both sites on each end of the link contain similar subject matter.
It's a slightly more sophisticated version of the domain parking thing with a bunch of maybe relevant links to the subject matter implied by the domain name.
