Blog links don't have to become popular to be on the main blog page?
Blogs get significantly less views though. Even from dedicated users. Feel free to submit it, I'll front page it.
Can someone who can translate geek into English help a brother out here?
The "arbitrary code execution" part means that a malicious website can actually cause either Flash or Acrobat to execute instructions on its behalf, like delete everything in your Documents folder or possibly installing spyware or viruses. All the victim would have to do is visit a website with a specially crafted Flash or PDF file to be susceptible.
There's a temporary fix for Acrobat Reader, which involves deleting the authplay.dll, located at C:Program FilesAdobeReader 9.0Readerauthplay.dll. For Flash, the only fix is to update to a pre-release version, which can be downloaded at http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10
Thanks, metallic, that was what I wanted to know.

Thanks for the heads up, why blog instead of link submit?
