Went to the caf across the street for a little breakfast this morning. They were just finishing up the cooking of the bacon. THREE 16X24 baking sheets filled edge to edge with beautiful, sizzley, bacon, right there in front of me. HEAVEN! Then they scooped it all into another container and it was gone from my sight. :(
But I will always carry with me the memory of this bacony Monday. (Thanks in part to *this* little guy.)

mmmm bacon.
I worked as a cook in high school. Nohing like cooking up 20 lbs of bacon at a time. Then there was deep frying the bacon.
