Don't get me wrong here but the sex issue for me was non sequiter. But when the leader of the free world lies under oath that is shameful. I'm a big pervert myself but I wouldnt dare lie under oath because I know the consequences. The same punishment should have been exacted in that case but he got off easy. Pun intended.

That is the biggest reason, in my view, that the Bushies would never testify under oath. Much of what they had to say wasn't true, but it ain't a crime unless you are under oath.
PS Clinton wouldn't have been in the position to lie under oath unless they were investigating his sex life in the first place.
Here is my take on that. He is supposedly the head of the military and his sexual misconduct was not becoming of a soldier. Enlisted soldiers can get article 134 for adultry so if the president does it its different?

You do realize that most of our presidents fooled around a bit, even if they were really old, in a wheelchair, or had a lot of trouble getting it up.
