Dec 10, 07 02:22 pm — I love to watch movies; horror movies, sci-fi movies, comedy movies etc. but not crappy olden day movies. Not 1900's movies.
I came across a movie called "The Prestige" showing on Sky (satellite) and it looked crap, however IMDB had it highly rated, so I thought I'd give it a quick glance.
Despite the fact that I hate all that isn't modern in the movie world, this film rocked. There are so many twists and turn that I (and this is highly unlike me) couldn't see them coming until the last minute. I figure SAW 1 out within the first half hour.
See it if you haven't already, I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Yes, they're calling it "3g" service. It is actually less than 2.5g. 3g is supposed to be atleast 192k/sec or something like that. Verizon is promoting it as 140k when nobody will ever get that speed. Actual speeds will be 40k to 60k.
Sprint will be starting their 3g service soon. It is not quite 3g but its much better than Verizon's.
Japan has real 3g. They can stream video on their phones. In a year, we will barely be able to stream audio.
Its just that the demand isn't here. Americans aren't as 'techno-savvy' as Asians are so we suffer with products that are dumbed down. It sucks for the few of us that can actually use it.
I'll keep an eye out for it.

Did you know? The Prestige could have also been called Batman versus Wolverine.
Bah...that joke was lame. The movie is great though.
