A Red Bull cooler right next to an espresso machine. Why not just install one of those IV walker-things at every desk loaded with straight caffeine?

Righttttttt. If you ever open a can of red bull and pour it into a cup then decide against drinking it I would suggest disposing of it properly- down a drain preferably, cos your wastepaper basket will stink otherwise.
