Apr 12, 05 12:13 pm — I just read the article about the Taco bell kid double swiping peoples cards when they pissed him off. sometimes people deserve it. working in a resturaunt isn't easy, even if it is fast food. People ask for the stupidist things, because sometimes they think the world revolves around them.

- don't ask the manager to turn up or down the heat: the world does not revolve around you! you may be the only one in the resturaunt who has a problem with the temp. the manager will most likely tell you ok, and not do anything. By the time the building would change in temp your ass will be gone, so put a coat on, shut the fuck up and eat.

- Special meals: not a problem, just don't get all pissy when you get charged extra for the steak or anything else you add that isnt on the menu.

- Mistakes with your meal: The waitress is only there to pick up the plate and deliver it to you, and make sure the order is entered correctly. If the cook fucks up, don't take it out on the waitress. Usually the problem can be resolved quickly.

- Ordering food 5 minutes before the resturaunt closes: DONT DO IT. you piss off the cooks when they are cleaning up. Now the waitresses have to stay longer and wait for you as well.

- Tipping: If your waitress sucks, then feel free to show her with a small tip, but only if shes really fucked up. Don't do it to be cheap, its not easy to deal with the public everyday, nevermind how picky some people are about their food.

Remember these people are handling your food, you wouldn't want to go pissing them off.
