Aug 16, 04 02:22 pm — Work is so goddamn boring. All I do is sit here from 7:30 to 4:30, surfing the web. I really do absolutely nothing. My boss knows I'm leaving in 2 weeks to go back to Rutgers, so he's not even bothering to give me anything to do. And I'm keeping quiet, making everyone forget that I'm even here, so I can earn my $10/hour in peace.
So.....I wish I was back at school. I never thought I would say that. Life at Rutgers is awesome - there's always something to do.
P.S. There's not even any good games to play today

I'm a proposal intern at a Construction/Environmental Company in Jersey, but the truth is, they really don't give me anything to do. I come in, sit down, and leave. That's it. I very rarely speak to anyone from the time I wake up (5:30 AM $@!@#!%) to the time i get home (6:00 PM). I bide my time surfing the web, switching to a page of text when someone walks by, reading my book, eating my lunch in front of the big screen projection TV with DirecTV, and making hot chocolates for myself. And sometimes I take food out of the refridgerator if it's been there for awhile (like the Chicken Fajita Hot Pocket I got today - mmmm).
So basically, it's the easiest $10/hour I've ever made, but it couldn't be more boring. I'm sure people forget I'm even here, because I never talk, but do you really think I'm going to ask them for work? I'm outta here in 2 weeks. CTC baby, CTC.
