Technically the bridge and tunnel run southeast into Canada. If you were to drive directly south you may get to Canada, but you are going to get pretty darn wet.
I have made this trip myself manytimes. Often to visit Tunnel BBQ over in Windsor, or to visit one of the many fine Chinese restaurants also located there.

I love to eat in Windson, I don't know what it is, maybe the Canadian beer, but the food is better there. I especially liked driving to Windson to take the train to Toronto!

See that part of southeast Alaska? You can go directly south for like a 200 mile stretch and hit Canada. And cities abound.

Unless things have changed, I do not believe you can drive from Juneau. Last I heard it was accessible only via sea or air. This is actually a problem from many places in Alaska. The question did say drive.
