And a RAINBOW for God-Fearing-Xian!!!
LMFAO!!!!
Oooh, pretty and isolated.
What type of weird plant is that? Some sort of cacti, no?
That is a Brambilius Phoktandum Brachus plant. It has poisonous stingers on it so you have to be careful around them.
It's cholla cactus -- also called jumping cactus. I call it the Rottweiler of the plant world. Really good stuff to have for protection!

I wish I could grow that deserty shit here. Joshua trees stop growing around St. George, which is around 300 miles and a couple hundred feet lower than me. The climate is just better. I can however grow yucca plants. Love those things.
I want to be able to grow a suchuaro or how ever you spell it.
YES just like that. And I would put one on every single one of my neighbors porches right after I placed it in a big tub of freshly mixed wet cement to ensure it would be there a while.
That dude has like 8 testicles....
Hehe, real prickly then. Don't wanna go playing ball sports near it.

[Not that I didn't believe *you* Jizzy.

So is that the charred remains of Mt. Lemon in the background?
The fire was halfway down the mountain -- across the whole range.
I've got some old pics somewhere of the flames. I'll dig 'em up.
Awesome pic. wonder who found the pot of gold at the end of that rainbow. ::grin::
Thanks for that look into your world, Froguana, but I gotta ask a technical question.
I have been trying to learn how to post a photo just the way you did here.

NEW WALLPAPER!
Here's a view from my back yard of The Great Salt Lake...well at least one of the arms of it. Not the whole thing of course. We've hauled in some big bass from here last summer.

My bad...they were yellow perch...not bass.
that's gorgeous, frog...the rainbow is an especially nice touch.
try to stay cool!
Off to the plasma donation center to pay for the air conditioning...
(j/k)

That's awesome, Frog!!!
I love the topography out west, you're a lucky person to see that every day!
The city is growing, but thankfully the elements of wilderness are being preserved. I'm grateful every day for that view!
Abes
Great pic!!!
